Laid Bare - Lauren Dane

I read Lauren Dane's Brown Series out of order, having read all the other books except Laid Bare some time ago. I don't know why I didn't read this one sooner. I was hooked after the 1st chapter and never closed the book. There were some serious sexual gymnastics - can't be avoided with 3 people, but the storyline is captivating and surprisingly believable. I fell in love with all 3 main characters and rooted for their HEA. I especially liked Erin who was a blunt, no-nonsense gal, yet she was guarded, vulnerable, and flawed by the tragic loss of her child. Todd, Ben, and Erin are well-developed characters and having read the other books in the series, Ms. Dane has remained true to each character throughout the series. Highly recommend this book and the series in general. Each book can stand alone but all are worth a read.
